Creating and maintaining records
Preparing clear and concise correspondence, reports, spread sheets and documents
Understanding, explaining and interpreting programs, regulations, procedures and guidelines

Using personal computers and office software including data bases and spread sheets in a Windows-based operating environment
Developing and editing spread sheet macros and formulas
Working effectively with minimal supervision
