Woodshop Laborers $15-$15.50/HR

A great local company is looking for woodshop workers.  Must have experience.

  • Correctly and efficiently assembles cabinets per work order requirements.
  • Understands build sequence and correctly prepared panels.
  • Uses expert working knowledge of visual quality standards for steel and wood panels before assembling cabinet.
  • Operates case clamp machine for dowel constructed boxes.
  • Safely lifts and maneuvers with assistance cabinets weighing up to 380 lbs. using appropriate material handling aids and techniques.
  • Builds cabinets according to proper job sequence.

Production Operators/Laborers $14-$15/HR

Job includes, but not limited to:

  • Selects correct programs for part runs
  • Reloads banding, glue, and cleaning agents into machine
  • Cleans and helps inspect/change cutters and scrapers as needed
  • Completes work orders in ERP system accurately
  • Assists in changeover to different edge thicknesses and widths
  • Understands and can perform minor corrections to maintain applied edge quality standards (overhangs, round overs, glue line thickness)
  • Requires routinely lifting 50 lbs.

CNC Machinist $15-$15.50/HR

Must have machinist experience.  Job includes, but not limited to:

  • Operates CNC Flat Bed Routers or panel saws to create parts production print specification in a safe and efficient manner at the required dimensional quality tolerances.
  • Safely loads and unloads tooling into machine.
  • Performs standard set up checks and inspects other operators set up checks as required
  • Uses lift to load large panels and unload machines parts
  • Use calipers and tape measure to inspect for dimensional accuracy.
  • Identifies program or part engineering issues and escalates to team lead.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Works parts in required sequence to ensure alignment to the production schedule for downstream processes.
  • Organizes machined parts on carts or pallets to support efficient next processing steps.
  • Requires routinely lifting 50 lbs.
