A great local company is looking to hire floor cleaning technicians.  Starting pay is at $16 per hour, and the working hours are Monday through Friday with rotational Saturdays.  Job details are as follows:

Summary of Position:

  • Provide quality carpet, upholstery, area rugs and hard surfaces cleaning services to residential and commercial clients
  • Hard surfaces include hardwood, Tile and Grout, Stone, Sheet Vinyl, Lvt/LVP, stone and tile counter tops.
  • Inspect site of cleaning and verify estimate of the job costs to customers
  • Set customer expectations and address the needs of customers
  • Provide add on services and sell retail cleaning products to customers as needed
  • Operate and maintain company vehicle
  • Prepare invoices on hand held computer and collect payment from customers

Pay Structure and Benefits:

Upon becoming an employee you will receive:

Marine Services Ambassador, $23.76/hr.

MSA’s work independently and play a critical role in operations, therefore, it is essential that all MSA’s show up for every scheduled shift, as well as, arrive on time in all types of weather, including snow.

The full-time temporary MSA selected for this position, as of now, is expected to work 30-40 hours/week. The amount of hours assigned can change based on the needs of the department.

  • Prepare monthly hand written spreadsheet of distribution of all checks received for computation of (monthly) B & O and (Quarterly) Excise taxes.
  • Prepare spreadsheet and keep updates of real estate ownership, listings, prices and expirations.
  • Obtain oversize/overweight hauling permits from DOT and counties
  • Update Good To Go account information.

Hours:  8:00AM to 4:30 PM One half hour lunch break

Wages:   $20.00+ per hour depending on qualifications/Payable bi-weekly
