Production Labor, $15.50+/hr.

A great local North Kitsap company is looking to hire personnel to work as production labor in their warehouse. 

SHIFTS
They have created a schedule of 4–10-hour shifts! Enjoy a long 3-day weekend twice a month.  The 1st and 2nd shifts will be scheduled Monday – Thursday with additional required OT every other Friday.

COMPENSATION
Hourly positions. Base pay begins at $15.50/hour for those with no related experience. After 90 days on the job, pay is increased to $15.75/hour, and again after 180 days, rates are raised up to $16.00/hour. (Our swing shift offers an additional .50 per hour).  There are opportunities for growth and testing up, you drive your success!
Applicants with relevant prior experience may qualify to start at a higher pay rate.

Accounting Specialist, $20-22/hr.

A great Port Townsend company is looking to bring on a temp Accounting Specialist. The hours are Monday through Friday and the pay is between $20-22 per hour.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates and fulfills the responsibilities of cash reconciliations, accounts payable support, GL reporting, basic reconciliations, and report running, as well as other miscellaneous accounting functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs cash and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Tracks reconciliations using the master reconciliation; matches entries with log
• Shares in preparation and execution of cash transactions
• Supports and backs up the accounts payable function including coordination with other departments that are involved in the A/P process
• Codes, inputs, and matches invoices
• Makes documentation outlining processes and procedure
• Reconciles Accounts Payable between vendor statements and Lawson including re-coding invoices to current accounts or accounting units
• Assists with running management reports, including reports related to audits and cost reports
• Filing including offsite record retention
• Seeks out and takes advantage of opportunities to collaborate in order to streamline, consolidate, restructure, and preserve resources
• Completes mandatory and departmental safety reviews as required
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
• Other duties as assigned, including special projects

Hotel Front Desk Receptionist $15/HR

A great local hotel is looking for a front desk receptionist.  At least 1 year of front desk reception experience, preferred.  Hours are 3pm-11pm.  Ideal location for a North Kitsap resident. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy and courteous manner.
